SwitchFit is the first app for fitness explorers who want access to the best studios, gyms and trainers without the commitment. An edgy brand promoting how you should be in an ‘open relationship’ with your gym, this app launch needed social strategy and aggressive localized launch support aimed at ideal persona groups.


We started by creating a social media strategy and roadmap for both organic and paid initiatives. This also included voice/tone examples, post examples with do’s/don’ts and proposed content and ad calendars. We were then engaged for advertising management to increase pre-launch awareness and curiosity, followed by advertising geared directly at app downloads. Our campaigns exceeded follower forecasts by 80%. Within the first two months, we optimized average CPA down to 30% of the forecasted cost.
